RAM is Random Access Memory. It is a volatile type of memory that needs electricity to flow to retain information. It is the type of memory that computers use to process programs.
ROM is Read Only Memory. Essentially it is a piece of permanently written information stored as memory. There are versions of this memory that can be rewritten.

Space- There should be sufficient space for the user to move around and be comfortable.
Housekeeping- equipment should be kept clean and required maintenance done.
Atmospheric condition- the room should be at a good temperature and with fresh air .
Noise- both external ans internal noise should be kept within reasonable levels
lighting- lighting should be sufficient and set up so not to reflect the screen.
Decor- Should be pleasant and relaxing.
Printer location- away from the user to reduce and smell.
